Urban Health Plan is looking for New Grad Registered Nurses (Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred) who will become a vital part of clinical operations in our primary care and multi-specialty community health centers in the Bronx. We are seeking applicants to work full time in our federally qualified health centers

We're Hiring Registered Nurses In The Following Sectors

• Adult Medicine
• Adult Walk-In
• Family Health

Minimum Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Valid NYS Registered Professional Nurse Licensure required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of EMR, a plus.
  
  

Key Duties

• Triage patients and assists patients with their needs.
• Provides quality nursing care and medication administration.
• Assists with prepping patients and providing patient education.
• Assists providers during examinations and treatments.
• Ensures proper sterilization procedures.
• Administers immunization to age-specific patients.
• Maintains health records by documenting patient contact and updating patient profile.
  
  

Starting Compensation: Minimum $81,000 Maximum $97,000/annum contingent on degree and experience level.
