Aerotek in Oxnard, CA is seeking a Mechanical Assembler to build precision CNC machines from the ground up using hand and power tools. You will read assembly instructions, follow iPad-based procedures, and ensure quality while working in a collaborative team environment.

This contract-to-hire role offers onsite work with a competitive pay range and comprehensive benefits. Prior mechanical assembly or CNC experience is a plus, and safety and accuracy are emphasized in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing, assembly, or mechanical environment.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and assembly diagrams.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working with components of varying sizes and weights.
• Prior mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or CNC machine assembly experience is preferred.

We are seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join our team and play a key role in the assembly of precision CNC machines. In this hands-on position, you will assemble equipment from the ground up using a variety of hand and power tools while following detailed work instructions. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oxnard, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
