MOO, founded in 2006, has grown into a team of over 400 employees creating print and digital products for clients ranging from Google and Airbnb to local craft fairs.
Our headquarters are in London, UK, with additional locations in Dagenham, Boston, MA, East Providence, RI, and Denver, CO.
This role is within the Supply Chain team, focusing on procurement, fulfillment, and logistics. You will work closely with the Shipping & Logistics Manager, the company's sole logistics SME, providing a great opportunity to influence and improve our logistics operations.
We seek an experienced logistics professional with strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data to optimize our global shipping and logistics network. Responsibilities include analyzing performance data, rate proposals, managing carrier relationships, supporting customs compliance, and responding to operational queries.
The ideal candidate will have industry experience in e-commerce logistics, proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), advanced Excel skills, and a solid understanding of international logistics and customs processes. You should be proactive, collaborative, and eager to improve logistics efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Analyze shipping cost trends and carrier performance data to identify savings opportunities
- Create and maintain dashboards to track logistics KPIs
- Support carrier rate benchmarking and tendering processes
- Manage carrier relationships and escalate service issues as needed
- Analyze carrier invoices
- Assist with customs classification and respond to related queries
- Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales to resolve shipping and customs issues
- Support logistics projects with cost modeling and scenario analysis
- Identify and suggest improvements to logistics processes
About You
- Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Advanced Excel skills for large data manipulation
- Knowledge of cross-border international logistics
