POSITION SUMMARY

Field Service Technician - Heavy Equipment $40/HR HIRING NOW

• Top Pay: hourly wage of $27 - $40/hr based on your expertise, Overtime availability

What you’ll do:

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy equipment at both customer job sites and branch locations. This role requires strong mechanical skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently while delivering excellent customer service.

• Experience using diagnostic software, laptops, and electronic service tools
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability and willingness to learn and stay current with new equipment, systems, and technologies
• Basic computer skills for time entry, service documentation, communication, and parts lookup
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude

Physical, Licensing, Tools, & Safety Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company and General Liability driving requirements
• Must pass a DOT physical
• Must maintain a safe driving record
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull parts and components weighing approximately 10-75 lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching
• Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and access all areas of equipment
• Forklift operation required
• Ability to travel as needed for service calls and trainingMust be able to perform at customer job sites, branch facilities, and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must be able to handle regular exposure to heavy machinery, noise, grease, and moving equipment
• Must supply and maintain personal tools required to perform the job
• The position of Field Service Technician is considered a safety-sensitive role
