Job summary

A home health agency in Omaha is seeking RNs for home health case management. This position offers great pay, flexible hours, and training. We're immediately interviewing RNs for Home Health Case management positions in the Omaha area. Previous home health experience not necessary (will train).

If you are a seasoned home health nurse, this is a great opportunity to join a team with established leadership (the Director of Clinical Services has nine years with the company and still sees patients to keep in touch with what’s happening in the field) and great tools to make your job as smooth and efficient as possible (all nurses get iPhones and iPads with easy to use charting systems).

If you’re a new nurse, or new to home health, excellent training is provided (4 weeks of orientation and mentoring) and there is outstanding support for you in the field.

This position is a rare opportunity to work for a well established home health agency with deep roots in the community, but under a new management team who highly value their nurses and focus as much on employee care as it is on patient care.
