Aerotek is hiring a General Laborer for a contract role in Cleburne, TX. The job involves outdoor solar installation support on a large site, with duties across pile, racking, and module installation.

You will work on three crews, handling unloading, material handling, blueprints reading, and tool usage to meet daily production goals. This is an onsite outdoor role with safety and efficiency at its core.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of construction experience.
• 1+ years of outdoor work experience.
• Experience in truck unloading, staging, and inventory management.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 25+ lbs.
• 1+ years of experience with power and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Pile Install: unload trucks, help layout, drive piles to GPS locations, ensure correct heights, lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly, walk the farm to install piles.
• Racking Crew: unload trucks, deliver materials, collect nuts and bolts, read blueprints, secure racking with drills and hand tools, measure distances, walk to install racking.
• Module Install: unload modules, move to stations, lift 25–30 lbs, bolt modules, use drills and hand tools, maintain production pace.

Hiring For General Laborer In , Cleburne, Paying $20 Per Hour.

Job Description

Mechanical Installers will work on one of three crews: Pile Install, Racking Install, or Module Install, each with distinct responsibilities to ensure the successful installation of solar systems over a vast 3000-acre site.

Responsibilities

• Pile Install: Assist in unloading trucks of piles, help in layout for installation, work with operators to drive piles into GPS locations, ensure piles are driven to correct heights using tape measure, lift and carry piles weighing up to 25 lbs repeatedly, and walk the farm to install piles.
• Racking Crew: Collaborate with operators to unload trucks, gather and deliver materials to work locations, collect nuts and bolts for installation, read blueprints or work with foreman for correct installations, use power drills and hand tools to secure racking, measure distances between racks, perform quality checks, and walk the farm to install racking systems.
• Module Install: Assist in unloading trucks of modules, move modules to work stations, repeatedly lift modules weighing 25-30 lbs during installation, place bolts or screws to secure modules, use power drills and hand tools, and maintain a fast pace to meet production schedules.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
