Aerotek is seeking a Solar General Laborer Mechanical Installer for a contract role in Cleburne, TX. You will support pile, racking, and module installation on a large-scale solar construction project and work outdoors in varying weather.

Daily tasks include handling materials, using hand and power tools, measuring placements, and maintaining safety and quality to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of construction or outdoor labor experience.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds repeatedly.
• Experience using hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pile, racking, and solar module installation.
• Unload, stage, and transport materials on site.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble components.
• Follow blueprints and supervisor safety instructions.
• Maintain production goals and support equipment operators.
• Keep site clean and organized.
