Job summary

Sunstates Security is hiring Security Officers for multiple shifts in Hillsboro, OR. Full-Time, Part-Time, and Flex positions are available with a pay range of $22.90 - $24.90 per hour and weekly pay.

• Active Oregon Guard Card required.
• Excellent customer service skills required.

• Ability to pass criminal background and drug screen pre-hire.

Responsibilities

• Uphold post orders and SOPs; perform duties as assigned by the post.
• Read and apply post orders quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure safety and security of assigned sites and personnel.

Meet with Hiring Managers to explore Full-Time, Part-Time, and Flex positions on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts in the Hillsboro, OR area.

Various days and shifts are available with a pay range of $22.90 - $24.90/hr, with weekly pay.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Active Oregon Guard Card
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Security officer and/or military experience is a plus.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing and able to work holidays and weekends.
• Ability to pass criminal background and drug screen pre-hire.
• Willing to work in various weather conditions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must regularly walk or stand for extended periods of time and distance.
• A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
