What You’ll Do:

As a Scheduler, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, helping them get the care they need. You’ll:

• Answer and place calls in a friendly, professional manner
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments
• Provide exam instructions and assist with paperwork
• Work with referring physicians and clinical teams
• Enter and update patient info in our scheduling system
• Deliver compassionate service—every time
