We're looking for a Client Success Manager to work with our clients across all phases from pre-sales to relationship management to provide them with an amazing and differentiating experience. As a Client Success Manager at KOR, you will be the main point of contact for our clients. We have invested heavily in automation, self-service, and on-demand knowledge to ensure your client interactions are of high value. You will work closely with clients across all seniority levels and collaborate internally to deliver exceptional experiences.
This role requires excellent communication, flexibility, and an enterprising attitude. Your main responsibilities include:
Serving as the primary contact for client inquiries regarding business, domain, product, and technical issues
Reviewing, validating, and triaging technical escalations
Driving account growth
Expanding revenue through pre-sales and existing client opportunities
Influencing client lifetime value through increased product adoption, satisfaction, and health scores
Organizing, contributing to, and participating in KOR working groups as needed
Defining and optimizing the client lifecycle by implementing programs to improve engagement based on segmentation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
You are excited to influence client experiences and business outcomes, thrive in collaborative environments, and take ownership of your work. You excel in fast-paced, mission-driven settings and focus on delivering results.
Additionally, you meet the following criteria:
Over 4 years of experience in OTC Derivatives or Regulatory Reporting (preferably vendor or back-office)
You are client-obsessed and aim for the best outcomes
You possess excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
