Tasks

Gather and document business requirements for digital projects.

Analyze current business processes and propose automation and enhancement opportunities.

Collaborate with technical teams to design efficient digital solutions.

Leverage data analytics tools to provide insights and performance tracking.

Create detailed documentation including process flows, functional specs, and user guides.

Drive continuous improvement through proactive solution recommendations.

Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate clear communication across teams.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management

• Proven track record with e-commerce or digital projects

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Comfortable working with cross-functional technical teams

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

• Based in Portugal
