Position Summary: The Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading the team by example, with 2-3 years of leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in managing warehouse operations, including equipment training and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include:

• Training new employees and managing team performance
• Overseeing production and managing profit and loss statements
• Hiring personnel and conducting new hire training
• Assisting with unloading operations and maintaining customer relationships
• Communicating regularly with district managers and higher management

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of warehouse experience
• Electric pallet jack and forklift experience (required)
• Strong team management skills
• Ability to train on equipment and adhere to OSHA standards
