Position Details: Warehouse Manager at US Foods Distribution Center.

Compensation & Benefits: Negotiable based on experience, weekly pay cycle (every Friday), Monday-Friday schedule with weekends and evenings available, paid time off (sick leave), PPO health insurance including vision and dental.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Electric pallet jack and forklift experience (required).
• Strong team-building skills and ability to follow SOPs.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to train associates on equipment, adhering to OSHA requirements.
• Ability to recruit and train new hires.

Job Responsibilities:

• Training new employees.
• Managing production, profit and loss statements to meet budgets.
• Managing personnel hiring and training.
• Assisting unloaders for efficient daily operations.
• Performing repetitive lifting (boxes weighing 5-75 lbs).
• Handling payment collection and data entry via tablets.
• Maintaining good customer relationships.
• Communicating regularly with District Managers and higher management.
