Position Summary: The Warehouse Manager will lead the crew by example, requiring 2-3 years of leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage teams and train associates. This role offers growth potential within the district and region.

Responsibilities:

• Train new employees and manage team development
• Review production and manage profit and loss statements to meet budgets
• Hire personnel and oversee onboarding
• Assist unloaders and ensure efficient daily operations
• Perform repetitive lifting (5 lbs - 75 lbs per box)
• Collect payments from drivers and record transactions
• Maintain positive customer relationships
• Communicate regularly with District Managers and higher management

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of warehouse experience
• Electric pallet jack and forklift experience (OSHA compliant)
• Strong team-building and time management skills
• Ability to remember multiple customer details
• Ability to train staff on equipment and safety procedures
