Job summary

JBA Institute is hiring Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support clients ages 3-12 across school, home, clinic, and community settings.

The role focuses on teaching language, social, self-help, and play skills while documenting data and progress during sessions. A high school diploma is required; RBT certification is preferred, with opportunities for growth and full-time hours in Paramount, CA.

Qualifications

Schedule:

• We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable with a schedule that vary across the day. All hours fall between Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–6:00 PM—never weekends! Start part-time, but quickly to move into full-time.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
