JBA Institute in Paramount, CA is hiring Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children ages 3-12 across school, home, clinic and community settings. You will teach language, social, self-help and play skills while documenting progress and adjusting strategies based on data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• RBT certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to clients ages 3–12 across school, home, clinic and community settings.
• Teach acquisition skills such as language, social, self-help and play skills.
• Manage problem behavior and teach appropriate replacement skills.
• Document data and progress throughout sessions.
