About our Adult Foster Care division - At Home Living

A Program Coordinator functions as an advocate, supporter, educator, and caregiver to individuals with disabilities. We believe in our clients' right to live in the least-restrictive environment and ensure their homes allow them to lead fulfilled, safe, and well-cared-for lives. Our programs are based in 4-bedroom residential settings, centered around the individuals we support, with the goal of enriching their lives to live happy, healthy, and fulfilling lives.

Location:

Annandale, MN

Hours of Position:

Flexible based on house schedule, typically 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm

Compensation:

$21.00 per hour

Description:

The Program Coordinator oversees all operational aspects of their program, including compliance, hiring, training, planning, supervision, scheduling, staff development, and behavioral support planning. The role requires energy, creativity, and a desire to improve lives. The primary goal is to provide oversight to empower staff and help residents achieve personal goals.

Requirements:

• A baccalaureate degree in a human services-related field and 1 year of full-time work experience, or
• An associate degree and 2 years of full-time work experience, or
• A diploma and 3 years of full-time work experience, or
• At least 50 hours of human services-related education and training plus 4 years of full-time work experience under qualified supervision.

Additional qualifications include:

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass MVR check, maintain valid driver's license and insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Compassionate demeanor and sensory abilities (sight/hearing or prosthetics)
• Fluent English communication skills and computer literacy
• Ability to work independently and in a team, make decisions, and manage time effectively
• Reliability, dependability, and flexibility
