You will interact with multiple departments, perform quality checks, and document actions in our systems, while upholding HIPAA and privacy standards in a fast-paced legal environment.

Qualifications

• Strong data-entry and document-review skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, scan, rename, and route incoming documents and electronic files.
• Match materials to correct requests and ensure proper file naming and storage.
• Create accurate notes, follow‑up tasks, and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to deliver timely records and mail processing.
• Maintain secure, organized workspaces and comply with HIPAA and privacy requirements.
