You will validate requests and authorizations, perform quality checks, file and scan records, and provide outstanding customer service while following company policies and applicable laws.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years in medical records or similar setting preferred.
• Strong computer skills: Word and Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills essential.
• Typing speed of 50 wpm required.
• Ability to use fax, copier, and scanning equipment.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes quickly.
• Self-motivated, a team player with good customer service.

Responsibilities
