Job summary

CVS Health Cumberland, RI is seeking a Prescription Records Specialist to manage requests from regulators, courts, and patients in a high-volume call center.

You will handle inquiries by phone, fax and email, perform data entry with strict confidentiality of PHI, and ensure compliance with HIPAA requirements.

Hybrid role requiring two days in the Cumberland office weekly, with onsite training during the first two weeks.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a Call Center or Customer Service environment with high accuracy.
• 1 to 2 years of experience handling sensitive information and/or HIPAA.
• Ability to function well in a professional team environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume calls and provide Prescription Records status updates.
• Process prescription records in data entry systems in response to requests from regulators, courts, attorneys, and others.
• Maintain confidentiality of Protected Health Information at all levels.
