Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Releases patient information from medical records in accordance with policies and regulations (70%).
• Processes walk-in requests for copies from patients, attorneys, or third parties (15%).
• Responds to subpoenas, court orders, and other legal requests (5%).
• Enters correspondence requests into the management system and processes pre-billing/invoices (5%).
• Prepares records for billing, financial requests, and audits (5%).
• Performs other duties as assigned.
