Job summary

STAT Informatic Solutions is hiring a Document Processing Specialist to manage and process records with accuracy, care, and confidentiality. The role requires attention to detail and adherence to HIPAA regulations, with potential travel within the metropolitan area for coverage at other locations.

The position offers a full-time schedule (Mon–Fri, 7:00am–3:30pm) and a pay rate of $16.00 per hour. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with computers, office equipment, and relevant software is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and receive documents, as applicable.
• Prepare documents accurately for scanning in accordance with established guidelines.
• Perform high-quality scanning of records, ensuring image quality meets required standards.
• Verify and index documents using company systems to release them into the production workflow.
• Consistently meet daily production goals set by operations leadership.
• Communicate effectively with internal team members and external clients.
• Comply with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality policies.
• Assist in training new team members on production processes and training modules.
• Monitor processing queues to ensure workflow continuity.
• Support quality control and daily processing of reports.
