Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center – Lebanon, NH, part of Dartmouth Health, seeks a Board Eligible/Certified arthroscopy and hip preservation surgeon to join our orthopaedics department. The role focuses on building a hip preservation practice with arthroscopic and open techniques, with opportunities for outreach and collaboration across NH and VT.

The appointment may be at Professor, Associate Professor, or Assistant Professor level, aligned with experience and academic goals, including

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of accredited Orthopaedic residency.
• Fellowship training in hip preservation or equivalent.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedics (within 5 years).
• Eligible for NH medical licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert orthopaedic care with emphasis on hip preservation.
• Perform arthroscopic and open hip preservation procedures.
• Engage in academic activities with protected research time.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in outreach within NH/NH and VT.
