Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures accurate filing and maintenance of health records in the EHR system in a timely manner.
• Supports operational reports, audits, and quality improvement to enhance documentation workflows.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and confidentiality of patient information.
• Receives/discharge records per policy and preps/scans within 24 hours of discharge.
• Performs other duties as assigned and maintains regular attendance.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
