Starting Wage DOE: $32.06 - $40.07
The Health Information Management (HIM) Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff and managing daily operations within the HIM Department. This role includes overseeing personnel management, staff orientation, and training. The HIM Supervisor collaborates on the development of objectives, policies, and procedures to support the mission, vision, and values of Billings Clinic. They ensure the department maintains established standards, foster positive customer relationships, and adheres to governmental, organizational, and departmental policies and procedures.
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience relating to the above tasks, knowledge, skills and abilities will be considered. Employees that require a licensed or certification must be properly licensed/certified and the licensure/certification must be in good standing.
