Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HIM.
• An Associate Degree is required.
• Prior use of Medent systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble patient information into EMR by accurately scanning and routing documents.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per policy.
• Create and retrieve patient charts and route records to appropriate areas.
