Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Pursuit of HIM degree preferred.
• Experience with PHI/HIPAA compliance.
• Knowledge of medical records and health information management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient records are available to authorized users in a timely manner.
• Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate storage of records.
• Verify that scanned images are accurate and match source documents.
• Operate HIMS and EMR systems for indexing and retrieval.
• Support ROI requests and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
