• Strong typing and understanding of medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Health Information Technician with clerical duties.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of EHR records.
• Maintain flow of reports to the EHR and scanning.
• QA forms scanned into the EHR and update as needed.
• Release of information to authorized personnel as instructed.
• Other duties as assigned.
