Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years supervisory experience or equivalent in HIM
• Experience with Release of Information and HIM processes preferred
• RHIT/RHIA or equivalent certification required on hire

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the HIM Department and coordinate service delivery
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
• Oversee workflow among staff to maximize productivity and quality
• Communicate effectively by phone and in person with customers and staff
