Job summary

MedCadre in Arizona seeks an experienced HIM Director to lead Health Information Management operations and ensure the accuracy, security, accessibility, and compliance of patient health information.

You will oversee medical records, coding, privacy controls, and information systems, develop policies, drive quality improvement, and collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to optimize documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• RHIA or RHIT certification preferred/required as applicable.
• Previous HIM leadership or management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of medical records, privacy regulations, compliance, and health information systems.
