Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Baylor Scott & White Healthcare, providers, and third-party vendors.
• Monitor performance metrics and KPI/ CPI adherence.
• Educate clinicians on coding guidelines and documentation improvement.
• Develop materials for educational activities and policies.
