Liberty Clinic is seeking an HIM Associate I to provide high-quality health information management services. The role involves scanning and organizing medical record data, data entry, and maintaining confidentiality for patients, providers, and payors.

Responsibilities include handling phone inquiries, managing release of information, and ensuring adherence to quality and productivity standards within the department.

Formación

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Epic experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsabilidades

• Scans and organizes medical record information for processing and enters data into the electronic medical record.
• Handles incoming phone calls and voicemails from patients, healthcare professionals, and payors with appropriate follow-through.
• Manages Release of Information for continuing care according to departmental policies.
• Performs data entry and responds to emails.
• Meets quality and productivity standards for the role.
