Qualifications

• Hands-on system-level verification and validation in robotics, embedded software, or mechatronic systems.
• Experience with L2+ hands-off, L3, or L4 automated driving systems.
• Knowledge of safety-rating protocols and automotive cybersecurity testing standards.
• Experience with HiL testing and tooling (CAN, Ethernet, dSPACE, Vector, Xylon).
• Strong Python for automation test frameworks and pytest.
• Interface testing of hardware/software and embedded interfaces.
• Experience with ASPICE, SOTIF, ISO 26262, JAMA, X-RAY.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation for system functionality tests across component, integration, and system levels.
• Automate replay-based tests, reliability and fault-injection tests for verification and release.
• Lead root-cause investigations across hardware, software, and infrastructure teams.
• Optimise CI/CD-integrated test workflows for rapid and reliable execution.
• Integrate verification tools and manage artefacts with Artifactory and Azure.
• Define KPIs and quality metrics for system testing and release decisions.
• Uncover bugs via increased test coverage and report in JIRA.
• Improve infrastructure to enhance test coverage and traceability.
• Review and follow Risk Assessments to ensure safe testing activities.
