UFC GYM is seeking a high-energy Group Fitness Instructor to lead engaging, safe, results-driven classes in a gym setting. You will motivate a range of fitness levels and ensure proper form and progression.

The role emphasizes music-aligned cueing, equipment safety, and professional interaction with members. On-site duties include timekeeping, setup, and class promotion within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current Group Fitness certification preferred.
• Strength and Conditioning certification recommended.
• HIIT/Circuit Training coursework beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver structured group fitness classes.
• Demonstrate exercises with clear cueing and transitions.
• Educate on form, modifications, and safety.
• Maintain safe equipment use and studio guidelines.
• Welcome new participants and foster inclusive vibe.
• Arrive prepared and keep classes on schedule.
• Record hours accurately and communicate feedback to management.
• Promote gym programs and events.
