Job summary

UFC GYM is seeking an energetic Group Fitness Instructor to lead engaging, safe, results-driven classes. You will motivate participants of all fitness levels and ensure proper form, modifications, and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include planning and delivering structured classes, selecting music, cueing, and maintaining equipment and studio flow. A current Group Fitness certification is preferred, with opportunities for advancement and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of exercise science principles and safe training techniques.
• General understanding of anatomy and kinesiology.
• Experience with group fitness instruction, including music timing and cueing.
• High energy level and physical stamina.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to demonstrate exercises clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver structured, effective group fitness classes.
• Select appropriate music and incorporate safe, well-paced choreography.
• Demonstrate exercises while providing clear cueing and smooth transitions.
• Educate participants on proper form, modifications, and contraindications.
• Ensure safe use of all equipment and enforce studio guidelines.
• Welcome and orient new participants.
• Motivate members and create a positive, inclusive class environment.
• Monitor participants and make real-time adjustments as needed.
