Ideal candidates have a Group Fitness certification, strong exercise science knowledge, and excellent communication. The role emphasizes high energy, clear cueing, and a positive, inclusive class environment with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of exercise science principles and safe training techniques.
• General understanding of anatomy and kinesiology.
• Experience with group fitness instruction, including music timing and cueing.
• High energy level and physical stamina.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver structured, effective group fitness classes.
• Demonstrate exercises with clear cueing and smooth transitions.
• Educate participants on proper form, modifications, and contraindications.
• Ensure safe use of all equipment and enforce studio guidelines.
