Job summary

VASA Fitness in Kaysville, Utah seeks a STUDIO RED Coach to deliver energetic HIIT workouts and provide an exceptional member experience. You will lead high-energy sessions, demonstrate proper form, and motivate participants to stay engaged and safe during every class.

The role requires a fitness certification, CPR/AED, and a passion for helping others achieve their goals while representing a supportive, inclusive gym culture.

Qualifications

• Must have NCCA-accredited PT or group fitness certification.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be punctual and prepared; greet members at the door and start class on time.
• Safely demonstrate exercises with modifications and ensure proper form and safety.
• Be approachable, professional, enthusiastic, and engaging with participants.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing member needs and concerns promptly.
• Lead, coach, and motivate members throughout the entire class using the designated workout.
• Invite non-members to attend STUDIO RED classes to grow STUDIO membership.
• Coach individuals at their fitness level and provide modifications as needed.
• Monitor effort and encourage participants using Myzone technology.
• Execute post-class procedures: clean, sanitize, and organize the space.
