Job summary

CDR Maguire is seeking a Project Manager - Highways to join our Transportation Engineering Division in the Greater Boston area. You will lead highway design and analysis projects, manage scope, schedule, and budgets, and collaborate with roadway, traffic, planning teams to deliver transportation solutions.

MassDOT experience and MA PE license are required; a Master’s degree is highly preferred. You will develop client relationships, provide technical guidance, mentor staff, and participate in

Qualifications

5+ years of transportation project management experience.
10+ years highway engineering experience.
Professional Engineer (PE) licensed in Massachusetts is required.
Experience with MassDOT design manuals, procedures, specs, standards, and design codes.

Responsibilities

LeadProject Manager on major, local, and regional transportation projects.
Develop client relationships and expand business opportunities.
Provide technical guidance and mentor engineering staff.
Coordinate with roadway, traffic, water, planning staff and others.
Develop scope, schedule, and monitor project budgets.
Produce/inspect highway analysis, geometric layouts, and construction specifications.
