Job summary

CDR Maguire delivers engineering consulting services and is seeking a Project Manager – Highways in the Greater Boston area to bolster the Transportation Engineering Division. The role focuses on leading highway design and analysis, developing client relationships, and providing senior technical guidance to a multi-disciplinary team.

Qualified candidates will have MassDOT project experience, a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, and a PE license valid in Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of transportation project management experience
• 10+ years highway engineering experience
• PE licensure in Massachusetts required
• Experience with MassDOT design manuals, procedures, specifications, standards, software and plan presentation

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Manager on major highway projects
• Develop client relationships and manage scope/schedule
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring
• Coordinate with staff from roadway, traffic, planning and other disciplines
• Monitor budgets and production of plans/reports
• Engage in design-build and ABC project delivery
• Travel up to 25% as required
