Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer or eligible in Virginia.
• 10+ years in construction management and highway projects.
• 2+ years of coordination/supervisory experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the QA program on Design-Build projects.
• Audit and verify QC data and contractor QC records.
• Develop and publish project QA/QC Plans.
• Manage internal and external audits of quality processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards and VDOT requirements.
