A leading construction consultancy is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee quality control operations for road and asphalt construction projects in Richmond, Virginia. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction and strong knowledge of DOT specifications. Responsibilities include managing field and lab teams, supervising asphalt testing, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and contract requirements. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80K to $120K, along with benefits including paid time off and medical coverage.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in heavy civil or road construction quality control.
• Ability to manage field and lab teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with nuclear gauge certification preferred.
