This role focuses on ensuring safe and efficient highway conditions while working under supervision. A high school diploma and valid driver's license with clean record are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license with at least 3 years of clean driving.
• Able to work in adverse weather conditions.
• Able to lift moderately heavy objects.
• Ability to adapt to changes in work plans and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Clean and clear culverts.
• Mow and clear brush from roadsides.
• Patch broken or eroded pavements.
• Assist in storm cleanup operations.
• Repair fences and signs.
• Remove litter and debris.
• Respond to emergencies.
• Operate highway maintenance equipment.
