The role requires 0–2 years of construction labor experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass background checks.

Preferred items include guardrail work, roadway maintenance, and MOT certifications. CDL-A is a plus; must maintain a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Background checks (criminal/driving/substance) mandatory
• Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations required
• Ability to perform simple arithmetic functions
• Maintain safety equipment for each job
• Adapt to latest technology and use smartphones/apps
• Ability to adjust to changing work schedule including nights/weekends
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly and using hand/power tools

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on IH35 in the Buda, TX area.
• Remove debris and repair signs and guardrails; concrete repair work as needed.
• Adhere to all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Work Monday–Friday with possible night/weekend shifts; on-call as required.
