Job summary

DeAngelo Contracting Services (DCS) is seeking a Highway Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of maintenance tasks on roadways under close supervision. The role involves culvert clearing, mowing, patching pavements, storm cleanup, fence repair, litter removal, and operating maintenance equipment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with 3+ years of clean driving history, and the ability to work in adverse weather conditions and lift

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of clean driving.

Responsibilities

• Perform highway maintenance duties under supervision.
• Clean culverts and clear brush along roadsides.
• Patch broken or eroded pavements and shoulders.
• Assist in storm cleanup and emergency response.
• Operate equipment used in highway maintenance.
• Use hand and power tools as required.
