Qualifikationen

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• CDL Class A license with N endorsement required, air brake restrictions not allowed.
• Preferably 2+ years of highway maintenance or related work experience.
• Must live within ~60 minutes of the assigned shop.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Perform general labor on Road and Bridge projects including asphalt patching, mowing, culvert bed prep, snow removal, gravel, and paved roadway maintenance.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and upkeep of equipment.
• Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely (rock drills, trucks, graders, loaders, bulldozers, etc.).
• Lead small temporary crews as Team Lead (Straw Boss) as assigned by supervisor.
