Job summary

Doc PersonalBeratung GmbH is seeking aCrew Leader to supervise road and bridge work, ensure CDL pre-trip inspections, and oversee QA/QC processes. The role involves data entry, report generation, and training of crew members in maintenance practices.

The position requires CDL readiness, active driving license, and the ability to work in varied weather with potential long shifts. Emergency response duties may be required.

Qualifications

• Two years of related work experience.
• Valid motor vehicle operator's license is required.
• Must obtain a Class A CDL within six months of placement.

Responsibilities

• Supervises construction, repair and preservation of roads and bridges within a county or district.
• Ensures CDL pre-trip inspections are completed before operating CDL vehicles.
• Conducts training for crew members.
• Inputs data and runs reports in the maintenance data management system and performs QA/QC checks.
• Assists in preparation for Quality Management Team (QMT) and inspection follow-up to implement corrective action.
• Maintains daily, weekly and monthly reports, time sheets and cost records; may rate personnel actions.
• Assists in emergency and inclement weather operations; may work extended hours or 12-hour shifts.
