Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain highway maintenance equipment.
• Job Safety: Enforce safety rules and ensure crew compliance.
• Leadership: Conduct on-the-job training and provide guidance to crew.
• Manual Labor: Perform manual tasks to complete projects.
• Provide Leadership in Traffic Control: Plan and oversee work zones and traffic control devices.
• Records Preparation and Management: Help with documentation and reporting.
• Schedule and Perform Work: Assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Traffic Control: Install and remove signs and devices as needed.
• Worker Productivity: Track daily activities and materials usage.
