The City of Medford is seeking a PW8 Maintenance Craftsperson & Laborer for the DPW - Highway to perform routine, semi-skilled to skilled manual work. The 40-hour work week runs Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with duties including digging, grading, loaming, and general street, sidewalk, and utility maintenance.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, a valid Class D driver's license and a CDL (Class A or B).

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Valid Class D Driver's License.
• CDL (Class A or B) CDL is required or preferred per assignment.

Responsabilités

• Performs manual-labor tasks for streets, sidewalks, curbing, culverts, manholes, plumbing, and painting.
• Supervises up to 10 laborers; digs, grades, lays stone, asphalt, curbing; snow removal as needed.
