Job summary

LeoForce is seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in lighting and signalization for highway and transportation electrical projects. You will lead estimating and bid efforts, coordinate with teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver accurate cost proposals.

Responsibilities include reviewing plans, preparing takeoffs and price quotes, managing bid documents, and participating in owner meetings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of estimating experience with highway lighting or traffic signal projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction, estimating techniques, takeoffs, pricing, and cost control.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Understanding of project sequencing, scheduling, labor, materials, and methods.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HCSS HeavyBid and Microsoft 365 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents to determine project scope and requirements.
• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs, labor estimates, material pricing, and complete project estimates.
• Solicit, organize, and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes.
• Maintain accurate estimating documentation, pricing, bid tabs, and historical cost information.
• Participate in bid reviews, post-bid analysis, project handoffs, and owner meetings.
• Visit project sites to evaluate conditions, construction methods, sequencing, and potential cost impacts.
