Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• First Responder Certification within six months of hire.
• Valid driver’s license, Class C or above.
• Ability to interpret policies and prepare official documents.

Responsibilities

• Supervises employees, including evaluation, timekeeping, and personnel matters.
• Coordinates unit schedules, activities, and actions; oversees incident management activities.
• Responsible for equipment repair and maintenance.
• Implements and facilitates new hire and employee training classes.
• Performs administrative reporting and recordkeeping.
